For "NEW ACCOUNT" 10% discount

OC Payment Holiday equivalent to 10% of the Total List Price

will be given to all qualified accounts that will be

booked with 10% DP on or before December 15, 2013


To qualify for this OC Payment Holiday the following conditions must be satisfied:
1.    Accounts should be reserved after September 2013
2.    Accounts must be booked on or before December 15, 2013
a.    DP equivalent to at least 10% of the list price should be paid before December 15 2013
i.    DP of at least 10% based on the list price must be paid (cleared check) on or before December 15 booking cut off

5.    The account must be book on or before December 15 2013. Remaining balance must be paid on its due date. Late payment will be subjected to penalties and charges.
6.    Delay in one payment or non-compliance of requirements before December 15 2013 shall mean the revocation of discounted scheme and buyer must change to standard payment term plus 2% penalty based on and any other admin charges due to change of payment term.
7.    Said discounted scheme shall be offered to other buyers.
